Shipping confirmation

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Calmpaw is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order appears lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@heycalmpaw.com so we can help review the issue and determine the next steps.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.
